Star Plus is a Hindi language general entertainment channel. The channel is based in India and is a part of 21st Century Fox's STAR India network.

The channel is home to various popular television dramas Diya Aur Baati Hum, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Pyaar Ka Dard Hai, Saath Nibhana Saathiya and Ek Veer Ki Ardaas… Veera. Famous filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s first television production Saraswatichandra is also shown on Star Plus. The channel recently launched the hugely anticipated mythological show Mahabharat. The channel also airs crime show Arjun. The internationally famous shows Master Chef India and Junior Masterchef India are also aired on this channel. The channel previously used to air three of the most famous television shows in Indian TV history Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki and Kasautii Zindagii Kay.
