SAB TV is a Hindi general entertainment channel based in Mumbai. The channel is owned by Multi Screen Media Pvt. Ltd. The channel was launched on 23 April 2000.

In 2003 it was decided that SAB TV would be a comedy-centric channel. Over the years the channel has established itself as one of the best comedy channels on Indian television. The channel telecasts popular comedy shows Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, F.I.R., Lapataganj - Sharad Joshi Ki Khaniya Ka Pata, Jeannie Aur Juju, Baalveer and Chidiya Ghar. The channel also telecasts silent comedies Gutur Gu and Chintu Ban Gaya Gentleman.
