It is a limited liability joint venture between CBS Corporation and Time Warner subsidiary Warner Bros. The channel's headquarters is based in Burbank, California, USA.

The channel broadcasts popular shows like Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, Beauty & the Beast, The Carrie Diaries and Arrow. The show airs reality shows America's Next Top Model, Whose Line Is It Anyway? and Breaking Pointe.
